Shipping & Delivery
All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during periods with high order volumes such as promotional, sale, or pre-Christmas periods.
Any online orders containing pre-order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipments. Once pre-order styles become available, order fulfilment will commence from the date specified upon the relevant pre-order product page.
All United States, Canada and Mexico orders are shipped from Dallas, United States using USPS and UPS.
All New Zealand orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand using NZ Post.
