Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Online orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Additional processing time may be required during high-volume periods (promotions, sales, pre-Christmas).

Pre-Order Items:

• Orders containing pre-order styles will be shipped in full, with no split shipments.
• Fulfilment will commence on the date specified on the pre-order product page.

International Shipping:

• Orders to Australia:
  Shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.
• Orders to New Zealand:
  Shipped from Auckland, NZ via NZ Post or Post Haste.
• Orders to UK & Europe:
  Shipped from Northern Ireland, UK via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or UPS.
• Orders to USA, Canada, Mexico:
  Shipped from Dallas, USA via USPS or UPS.
• Orders to Asia:
  Shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post Express.

No-Signature Parcels:

• Sent at the buyer’s risk under parcel leave authority. Ensure a safe place for delivery if you’re not home.
• By selecting a no-signature service, the recipient acknowledges that parcel leave authority has been provided to the carrier and incurs the risk of lost, stolen or missing goods following delivery completion.
• Neither BAINA nor the carrier can refund or replace lost, damaged, or stolen items following delivery completion

Redirections or Failed Deliveries:

• If a parcel is returned to the sender after failed delivery, additional shipping and import fees will be charged to the receiver where applicable.
• Refunds for such returns will be issued less any freight, customs taxes, duties, and fees incurred by the return.
• Re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
