BAINA processes orders from the following destinations:

Applicability
- International orders shipping to destinations outside Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and the European Union may be liable for import charges.
- Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges, including brokerage costs.
- BAINA will not be held liable for the payment of such charges under any circumstances.
- Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur any import fees prior to completing your online purchase.
Customs Charges
- Fees are determined by local customs depending on shipment destination, order contents, and consignment value.
- Fees may be charged to the recipient prior to delivery or after receipt of goods.
- Before placing your online order, we recommend contacting the customs office of the country of destination for advice regarding local import regulations.
Undeliverable Shipments
- Shipments may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier if they become undeliverable due to the receiver's refusal to pay import costs.
- Consignments that have been abandoned or destroyed by the carrier for this reason are not eligible for refund, replacement or compensation.
Returned Shipments
- Failed or returned shipments due to the receiver's refusal to pay import fees will incur any return costs associated with the consignment's return.
- Additional shipping and import fees for returned shipments will be charged to the receiver by way of deduction from the order's refund.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be issued less shipping, customs, duties, and fees.
